| Rain, Rain...
it's rainy today. i like the rain since it never gets cold while it rains. the cats don't want to go outside today. they dislike the damp. i rather like it. it's good for my skin. hopefully, it will rain a lot more so that socal doesn't spontaneously combust this spring. | Missing Email
Where is ontoblogical.com? What happened? Where there hostile aliens involved? I can't check my email and that is disturbing to me on a very basic level. Also, I can't see people's blogs. Last night I went to Beverly Hills and was part of a rapper's entourage. It was different. His producer is a friend of my girlfriend and so, we were in the limo so to speak. | After a Bit
I am such a bum about posting on this thing. I guess that as nice as normal life is, I just don't have enough energy left at the end of the day to spin it into something wonderful for y'all to read. I'll try. Don't get too jealous, but today was a t-shirt day. Most days here in LA are. It's a way of life, especially at the beach where I live. Flip flops, yoga pants, and tank tops are the Bay City woman's uniform. We(I am one too) will put on a hoodie or a beanie if the breeze comes in, but that has been rarer and rarer. Folks say that we'll be back in the low 80's buy the end of this month. What a great city. Can you imagine taking your date out for Valentine's Day and getting to sit on a patio at 8 pm in the middle of February and not needing a jacket? Now, you're getting the general idea. Forget snow and four separate seasons. I am retired from weather. Don't get me wrong. Weather is great and I appreciate that it happens. It can just happen somewhere far from me. Never again will snow and I cross paths except under extreme duress. The definition of "duress" being a funeral of a close family member. For anyone else, I'll just send a card with a dollar in it. Wait, that's birthdays. My bad. Sooooo...my family had better not die anytime soon. Although, one would hope that they would have the good taste to croak during the summer. I think that leaves about a fourteen day spread sometime in late July as far as Moscow goes. Should I ever move again it will be to Tahiti or the Bahamas or someplace with even a warmer climate than LA. Right now(middle of night) it is still guaranteed to be warmer than Moscow during the noon hours of the day--in April. If I wouldn't wake up my neighbors I would cackle maniacally right about now. Now that I have, hopefully, ruined your day and made you even colder than you were before, I shall take my leave and try to return sooner than this time.
