Tracey Morgan’s Career Life

Born on November 10, 1968 in Bronx, New York, Tracy Morgan is a successful comedian and actor. He started out as a painter where he worked for several painting companies like Rose and L&L Companies. In 1984, as he was performing in the Apollo to his regular crowd, he was discovered by a producer and his life has never been the same. He has starred in several movies, series and had a couple of shows that were filled to capacity. He had been nominated 3 times for outstanding supporting actor in a comedy series 30 Rock.
Some of the movies that Tracey Morgan has acted in are Head of State- this was a hilarious comedy where he worked hand in hand with big names in the industry like Chris Rock and Bernie Mac. Here, he did not have a big role as he was always watching TV and asking other characters why they were not watching Martin. On May 6, 2008, the movie First Sunday was released. This was a comedy and crime movie where Morgan and Ice Cube played best friends who took part in petty crime. After Morgan learns that his girlfriend wants to move out of the state unless he pays a huge debt, they plan to rob a church where the plot of the movie unfolds.
Most of the movies that Morgan has done are comedy. He has also appeared in several series like the Saturday Night Live comedy show, since 1996 to 2003. Here he had a number of roles in the program. He also had a role in 30 Rock where he plays the character of Tracey Jordan. A number of nominations came with this program, and this shows that his work was received well. Morgan had his show that was known as Tracey Morgan show but it was cancelled after one season in 2003.
