LoL I didn't really do any playing or hunting over the last few days, only managed to log on a couple of times and teleported around to find bosses etc.
I didn't really want to want to update my blog as each minute I could be playing Lineage (which wasn't many) I could have been getting bosses and super dooper drops!!! (Which I didn't get...)
Anyhow, first day of the event, just random teleporting around to find good area's and bosses. Some really, really badly pasted together pics of the first few bosses I got.
Anyhow, after a little while I managed to get something good- well turns out everyone and their brother got one so it wasn't that great but it was good for me ^_^ What I found really annoying later on was that the first few Demons I got were relatively easy to kill and as it got along they got harder and harder -_- Using more whetstone, sosc, pots and I couldn't kill a few of them either T_T What could they have possibly dropped?!?!
My friend Tungusca asked me to come hunt with him, so that we could hopefully get more area to span and get more bosses and drops together. However I ended up being useless and got only one BDai that hunt, rofl...
The next time I logged on Banishing had checked and Cougar was up, and I didn't get lost or stuck in the Aden Sewers this time and made it up there!!
We stood around and chatted for a while, and lo and behold... who comes wondering by... (with some guidance :P) Apparently they were all normal scrolls... Anyhow, moving on...
I got a interim Elven T-Shirt to cover my nakedness... Thanks MistDevil! (Still buying +8Elven T-Shirt, +8Bless of Elm, Ancient Leather Armor and +8 Bowgun- if I can afford it)
All in all, I didn't get much from the event, certainly not anything no one else got, the scrolls are good to use and sell but everything else I'd have to hold onto for a very long time before it's worth anything. I didn't even get a Gold Pumpkin!!! The couple of silver and bronze ones gave me a few Crossbows, N-Dais and something else dumb, like Greater Haste pots or something. Guess I should have made more time to play, but there were more pressing things to do. Oh wells. Heres a few random pics.

I didn't really feel like hunting yesterday, so I just random teleported around. After a while one of the guys in the pledge said to come to a ToI boss. Since I had a charm I went to the sewers and tried to random teleport to the next level to get to ToI... and got stuck, and more stuck, and more stuck (well lost really) and didn't end up anywhere -_- After it was pretty much too late someone else said Phonix was up. I went to find Phonix and someone else was hitting it, then I had to teleport home because a Lava Golem and Salamander were hurting me too -_- I came back and the guys from the pledge were there killing it. I got a couple of velox scrolls and then I realised I had the wrong rings on and my firesword -_- (Forgot to take screen shots of my stupidity)
Anyway, ended up in DV and half an hour later I realised I was using my katana to kill the undead instead of firesword -_- (silver bonus) Stupid! I've really forgotten how to play Lineage since I quit and am soo slow!! After a while:
Got bored of that pretty quick... Nothing else happened, just wondered around in town and tried to get people to talk to me (unsucessfully lol).
Managed to sell the T-Shirt!!
I am now selling +8 Iron Boots. Also buying +8 Elven T-Shirt, +8 Bless of Elm, +8 Bowgun. Also some knight stuff which I'll figure out later. I really want a +10 Cutlass~ T_T. Mail me or leave me a message!!
So... I've been a slacker and haven't played much nor updated in 20 days. That's almost 3 weeks! Haha, oh wells, it's not like the old days is it...
Anyhow, about 2 and a half weeks ago, I went to Pirate Island, because I was told the drops in the lake were "awsome". It took me 3 days to get a stupid crystal thing -_- and in the end someone gave me a couple of the fragment of spirits to make it.
I finally got to the underwater lake bit. Hunted there once, got raped by some crabmen and beholders. Got stuck in the villiage and the area around it as I couldn't find a map anywhere that I could read... After a day or so someone finally came and showed me the way to get to the lake again, hunted for about 30 minutes then instead of *random location* I clicked on Axelon and ended back in Fire Valley. GRRRRRR then I couldn't be bothered going back rofl
Another time I logged in and a random mage asked me to go to DI with him to kill some bosses. I told him how weak I was but he didn't beleive me. We managed to kill an Earth one pretty quick, but when I attempted a wind one I died in like 2 hits 3 times -_- Gave up on that and tried a Unicorn. I didn't realise how strong they were and even after he and his friend used up all his MP and I used up all my pots it still wouldn't die!!!
Tried it like 3 times and he got sick of me and he broke the party and went elsewhere. I managed to find someone else to help me kill the DI bosses as I couldn't let them win...
After Ayaka abandoned us, NEO and I killed a few more spirits, then found a Unicorn that just would not die -_- Again I died like 3 times, finally got it dead (some other dire wolf mage was also trying to take the kill by erupting it before getting the aggro and running away). We managed to get a nice little prize, first thing I've gotten in ages.
This was about a week ago, haven't really played much since then. Just been logging on for a few minutes at a time to write new board messages (I'm selling +8 iron boots, +8 t-shirt~! ^^*~ Mail or whis me offer!!! Please don't be a low baller I've had offers for 55m for the t-shirt already...) All of my friends made a new pledge and I didn't want to be alone when I logged on joined too. Hope I don't get hit or anything ~_~;;
Oh yes, someone mentioned to me that the summons doing firebolt wasn't due to LoA ruleset and was on there a few episodes ago, I'm such a dur head. Meh- Thanks for letting me know ^_^
I finally got my car back last Friday~! Took 6 weeks and I had a loan car for 2 weeks, had to catch a bus the rest of the time... GRRR.
Can't remember if I posted what happened but some guy forgot to brake -_- and drove into my car at such a force that propelled it into the next car, even with full brake applied. I was the meat in the sandwich as they say... I would rather be a piece of cheese though, or maybe lettuce, hmm anyhow so since half the car was getting resprayed, I opted to get the rest of the car done with a blue pearl finish (white base). You can't really see it much, except when out in the sun and it looks like the edges are glittery blue... The car is bloody bright though, makes you blind trying to look at it. Looks hot with the Recaros, getting it re-tinted next week as I still haven't put it back on since I got it cleared from Defect (can't stand the heat anymore, and people staring at me -_-)
Now I'm just waiting on insurance to fix the stereo...
I need money for new rims and coilovers though -_-
Well, nothing major happened. I thought it was time to make some adena so I decided to hunt with the level 50 summon. Didn't realised that since the LoA update it acquired fire bolt!! Completely freaked me out. I'll probably go hunt again soon. I'm finding it easier to post before I play the day after anything happens as well, I'm not discliplined enough to get off earlier to make a post!!
On another note one of my nails broke which makes it incredibly difficult to type. Imagine if someone chopped off a centimetre off your index finger and how unbalanced your hand is to type, you have to keep re-adjusting!!
Today was Labour day, didn't do much hunting. Actually read a book -_-
Nothing too exciting, I got a bit bored and went to the desert, for a little while. Took ages to find a basilisk so I got sick of that and went to Fire Valley. Used up most of my pots then I got attacked near the castle. I haven't changed my mind in the last few days so I still don't like fighting and I just ran around in circles around a couple of rocks. Unfortunately for him a guard (as usual) was near the castle and 4 golems were chasing him for a while and he ended up using more pots then me -- This was going on for about 10 minutes til one of his mages came and cancel/erupted me so I had to teleport home >_<
So... I've Decided to Post Something New... (Category: Lineage)
Wow, it's been a long time since I've properly played Lineage (and posting on this blog for that matter). I've actually been playing for about 3 months now, just on and off, a little per week, though it is slowly buidling up. Forgot how addictive it gets, you start to think about it all the time... But in reality I don't much time to really play let alone run a blog.
I don't know what made me change my mind, I guess it was all the nice comments people were saying to me, everyone love's warm and fuzzies!
Seriously, I don't have much time to post much, so if nothing gets added a whole week so be it. I can't beleive how much has changed. This blog looks so childish but I don't have time to change much of it now, oh well. I can't beleive in 2003 I posted (and played) so much!! I looked at the very basic html I used before, but I've completely forgotten everything so it's going to stay like this!!! (I also forgot how to add the shadow effect to pictures-.- lol)
Anyhow, right now Cowgirl is Level 52.337265. I died just before the LoA update due to lag out which was really annoying. Cowgirl is now a fire elf due to the fact that my ex sold my items when I stopped playing. I'm now using his items (as now he has stopped playing), however I need to sell a couple of things so I can buy my items back and a friend can use the other items. Anyone in the market for a pair of +8 Iron Boots or a +8 T-Shirt? Mail me -_-
The pledge I'm in is full of old old friends, from when I first started playing Lineage- all the way back from the tronco/.77 server. It's amazing that there are a few of us out there- and I know there are a few more floating around in other pledges. I can't beleive that after all this time we end up together it's fantastic, like reuniting with family (perhaps my lineage family!?) The only downside is that a few days ago a member had a misunderstanding with another member from another pledge and now we get attacked all the time, which is really annoying as I don't want to fight nor do I have time for it.
Anyhooo, I haven't really done anything exciting, just been hunting at Fire Valley and a little ToI. I haven't even been to any of the new places yet!! I also tried to start the new quest (from LoA ruleset) to get the Sayha Crossbow- but it's too much effort so I pretty much gave up...
Well, the reason I've had a little more time to play Lineage over the past week is because my car is at the crash repairers at the moment- and I wont be getting it back for another 2-4 weeks (already been away 2 weeks!!)
Some idiot P-Plater didn't know where the brake was, or has incredibly slow reaction time and ran right into me and even though I had 100% brake depressed, the force still projected my car forwards and I hit the car infront.
As half the car is getting resprayed through his insurance, I've decided to get the other half done. Just leaving it white with a little pearl over the top. Hope it looks okay.
GRRR I hate public transport. I had just put Recaros in 4 days before hand too!!!
