I just can't believe you sometimes. You get so incensed at people taking advantage, putting things over, expecting and demanding all kinds of shit from you. And this is someone who is interested in you. Is concerned about how things are going in your life. Wants to help you. And your only response is to contemptously call him an asshole. Even if he doesn't 'understand' completely, don't good intentions count for anything with you? People are not perfect. But most of them have a measure of decency and generosity to them as well as the less nice and noble charactertisitics. If you are so incapable of admitting and acknowledging that, it's no wonder you're so fucking miserable all the time.
