Has anyone been issued with anything like this before? It's a permission to link letter.

Blissborne, Inc., an Illinois Corporation("Grantor"), has a web site located at www.blissborne.com
The Absolute Directory ("Grantee") has a website located at http://www.absolutedirectory.com.
Grantor hereby grants Grantee permission toprovide one or more hypertext links from Grantee's web site that will directusers to a web page that is part of the Blissborne, Inc. web site located at:
www.blissborne.com
Neither party shall be liable to the otherparty for the content of its web site or links on its web site to other web sites,with exception to the provisions below:
Grantee acknowledges that Grantor mayterminate this Permission to Link at any time, with or without cause, by Grantorgiving notice to the Grantee either by e-mailing or mailing notice to thepublic contact information any one of the Administrative, Registrant orTechnical contacts available on the whois database portion of Network Solutions(www.networksolutions.com). In thealternative, the Grantor can e-mail contact information on Grantee's web site. Notice of Termination constitutes the dateof the e-mailing or mailing date, not the date Grantee receives or considersthe content of the e-mail or mail.
If this Permission to Link is terminated,Grantee must remove the hypertext link to Grantor's website within 14 daysdomestic or 21 days overseas of the e-mailing date or mailing date of saidNotice of Termination. It is Grantee'sresponsibility to keep all aforementioned contacts current to ensure properreceipt of the Notice of Termination. Grantee's failure to keep its contact information current does notnegate Grantor's Notice of Termination by e-mailing or mailing.
Grantor consents to Grantee's use of itstrademarks, copyrights, and domain names to the extent that Grantee uses thesetrademarks, copyrights, and domain names to advertise Grantor's goods andservices. Grantee's limited permission to advertise Grantor's goods andservices utilizing Grantor's trademarks, copyrights, and domain names shall notbe used to disparage Grantor, competitors, 3rd parties, or theirgoods and services.
Acceptance and consent to this agreement infull is made by Grantee by virtue of one or more of the following: posting, allowingor maintaining of hyperlink, URL, or descriptive text submitted by Grantor, orGrantee’s posting of its own version of any of these items regarding Grantor,Grantor’s web site, web page, contents thereof, goods or services, posting Grantor'sInternet content, allowing Grantor's content to be posted, continued posting ofGrantor's content or receiving compensation from Grantor or others for clickson the hyperlink text containing Grantor's trademarks, copyrights, domainnames, hyperlinks, or other matter connected to Grantor's web site, all of thatwhich is posted on Grantee's directory or web site.
This Permission to Link is governed by the lawsof the State of Illinois, excluding its conflict of laws principles. This Permission is the entire understandingbetween the parties relating to the link referenced herein and supersedes allprior or contemporaneous understandings, whether written or oral.
